Situated right by the sea, partially located in a protected dune area and covering almost 50 hectares, Raversyde offers visitors a unique combination of cultural history and nature recreation with the Atlantikwall as its main attraction. A subsequent visit to the ANNO 1465 archaeological site and museum and to the Scenic park complete the trip.

The four reconstructed fishermen's dwellings introduce you to the residents of the medieval village. The buildings were reconstructed with original medieval bricks excavated at the site. The archaeological museum's rich collection of very diverse and excellently preserved medieval objects, gives you a clear picture of life in the village and the archaeological research.
